Had a great experience with this car dealer. The team was professional, clear about pricing, and patient throughout the process. Test drive and paperwork were handled efficiently, and the car was delivered exactly as expected.

My experience with this dealership was disappointing. The financing didn’t go through, and when the deal fell apart, they refused to return my trade-in vehicle and my 1,200 dollar deposit, calling it all non-refundable. That felt unfair and misleading. I wouldn’t recommend doing business here based on my experience. Look in the picture what it says. This is a scam

i give this place 0 stars sold me a 2016 bmw 528i it does not work broke down a week later they have my car and my money will not give me back my money been without a car for 3 weeks i’m really depressed have kids and i have to go to work these ppl do not care about ppl just steal your money i gave that’s people 3000 dollars and i have no car, added on its now going on 3 weeks i got a call this morning saying my car should be ready and then once afternoon came got another text stating the wrong part came in these ppl are full of crap i still have no car after 3 weeks but they have my money and not even offer me a refund or another car hi guys this a update they gave me the car back april 3, 3weeks after having it after having the car and saying it will be fixed, I got the car back it is sputtering I was so scared so now I am calling them back this morning and my number is blocked. The car will not start. It keeps cutting off. i’m very disappointed

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. They sold me a car that broke down just two days after I bought it. When I reached out for help, they refused to assist me, ignored my phone calls, and took no responsibility for the vehicle they sold. I also felt pressured into completing the purchase instead of being given the opportunity to make an informed decision. After everything that happened, the dealership pulled back on the deal, but they kept my trade-in vehicle and my down payment and refused to return my money. That left me without the car I traded in and without the funds I had already paid. The lack of professionalism, communication, and customer service was unacceptable. Instead of trying to make the situation right, they avoided responsibility and left me to deal with the consequences. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest and trustworthy place to buy a vehicle.
