The entire process was unbelievably smooth. Chino made everything quick, easy, and completely stress-free. He walked us through every step with professionalism and honesty, and you can tell he truly cares about getting his customers the best deal possible. We were approved in just 20 minutes, and the whole process had us in and out in under 2 hours, which is unheard of at most dealerships. I sent an initial offer on two cheap salvage-titled vehicles a week before even coming in, I called a couple of days before my appointment to confirm my placement and that my offer had been considered, I was told my offer was fine and my test-drive appointment was confirmed. Upon arrival, they had no clue who I was, no clue about my appointment, and no clue who I had spoken to (and how convenient, no clue about my initial offer I sent in either). I spent hours there test-driving the two vehicles I was there to see, inspecting them. I ended up selecting the cheaper of the two vehicles, as the pricing would've been closer to what I offered initially, and it was in slighly better condition. Well, the gentleman who was meant to assist us with our purchase named "Ariel" just up and left the premises in the middle of my visit. Now the other employee who stepped in to help us is on the phone with Ariel back-and-forth, and my initial offer was never even entertained. Complete scam and waste of time. If they had no intention of entertaining my offer, they should have told me from the beginning, and I would've saved myself the hour drive to Ft. Lauterdale and stayed home. I was also told I'd get a call back today about the offer on the car again, never happened, im still waiting. Zero, zilch, nada, never called me back. But of course, why would they? They apparently don't know or remember who I am or what my offer was. Attached is my initial exchange with them over text with acknowledgement of my offer and appointment, keep in mind after that text exchange, I called two days later to verify and confirm all of these details a second time. Absolutely ridiculous and completely unprofessional. On top of that, I'd been monitoring these cars for months, the pricing on the one I selected had come down around $2.5k as the car is a salvage-title and previously totaled, and had been sitting in their car lot for 200+ days with no sale. Lo and behold, not only did they wipe their rear-ends with my offer, but they stacked another $1.7k onto the price when I sat down to purchase the car for a "service fee," and another $700 and change for taxes, bringing the pricing right back up by that $2.5k they deducted off the vehicle online. I had a close friend of mine, a Private Appraiser for car insurance companies and Department of Consumer Affairs, verify the value of the vehicle for me and these were his exact words: "A totaled, rebuilt, visibly damaged 2021 Civic isn't worth $11.4k, it would barely be worth $5k, but as a used car dealership they need to make some profit off of their vehicles, so your offer should go a bit above the appraised value anyway." I was kind enough to offer them between $7k to $8k on the vehicle. We're more likely to wake up and see on the news that Hell froze over and is open for Ice Skating than for myself or anyone else to pay OVER TEN THOUSAND on a previously totaled, salvage titled junk car with 4 previous owners and tons of visible damage. Absolute insanity, only in Florida 🤦 P.s. entertain yourself by scrolling through their reviews on both locations, there are tons of reviews just like mine, and I'm also very sure I saw a few 5-star reviews left by their own employees 😂 Very sleezy business practices, shame on them

DO NOT BUY FROM AMP AUTO COLLECTION. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU ABOUT THE COST OF THE VEHICLE ASWELL AS THE MILEAGE OF THE VEHICLE. THEY WILL MAKE YOU PAY WAY MORE THAN THE CAR IS WORTH. MY VEHICLE CAUGHT ON FIRE 1 MONTH AFTER PURCHASING FROM AMP. THEY ARE DOING LITTLE TO NOTHING TO HELP THE SITUATION I REPEAT THEY ARE DECEPTIVE LIARS DO NOT BUY!!!

Do not buy anything from them, I brought Honda accord, while I was on my way home with the car broke down, I call the dealer and the manager they nowhere to be found, the next day I bring the car back to them, none of them can tell me what’s going with the car, they will scam you.
