They post the cars on marketplace with a price that what they call ' without the down payment '. When I contacted the sales person she made me come, even tho I haven't even seen her in there. I've arrived, the car is as posted on the car besides an awful job on the body after a crash ( Looks like someone couldn't even control a spray paint can, and decided to fix his car with a 12y old son help.) When I get invited to the office to talk to the financing manager I've been told the car costs 10.000 more than on the advertisement. And the price on the ad is if I put down the rest of the amount which wasn't even mentioned in the description. When I sat down to talk about the price, the ad was removed instantly! Huge waste of time. Made me drive for two hours just to shake his hand, and write this review. FIX YOUR PREDATORY SALES PRACTISES.

This is the response that i just got from the bad review that i left. Low and behold its another lie. I purchased the car just over 6 months ago, not over 1 year. I was told by Alex, the sales manager that all cars came with a 2 year extended warranty. Nobody EVER said that the car comes as is. They had me come in to sign my paperwork before work. Then purposely waited until i was late for work to rush me through my paperwork. I even have text messages from Alex himself saying that the car had an extended warranty. I put a total of 4,000 miles on the car before the engine completely blew up. The car was advertised as $22,500 but I ended up paying $28,000 for what was explained to me as the cost of the warranty. You are all nothing but liars and scammers. Con Men!!! and btw you are also being dishonest when you said that you are helping with the warranty for the turbos. The truth is that Infinity is the actual company that extended the warranty for the turbos. Liars & Con Men!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SEE PICTURES FOR TEXTS FROM ALEX THE SALES MANAGER. i WAS TOLD THERE WAS A WARRANTY. NOW THAT THE ENGINE IS COMPLETELY BLOWN I WONDER IF THAT IS WHAT HE MEANS BY MAJOR ISSUES!!!!!!

Very disappointing experience. They convinced me to make the drive in after showing me pictures of a vehicle that looked like a great deal. After a one-hour drive, I get there and they tell me the car “just sold.” Instead of being upfront, they tried to show me other vehicles and make another sale. Be careful and confirm the car is actually available before wasting your time.
