10/10 experience here with everyone involved in the entire process. I appreciate Tai for being so awesome and assisting with everything. And a big shoutout to Drew the GSM for helping us secure an great deal on my jeep. Highly recommend this place for anyone who needs a new car.

Normally, I hate the car buying process at a dealership because most dealers try to sell you on things you don’t need or want, or try to undercut you heavy or pressure you really hard to buy a car, but I didn’t experience this at Jacobs motors. Kai helped me when I was looking at my Camry TRD they had on the lot, and she really helped me through the whole process and interacting with her felt like I was talking to an actual human being and not one of those typical soul less car salesman types. The manager was also very friendly and eventually worked down pretty far to meet me at a comfortable price, and threw a couple free extras on top for me. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service that I recieved and I’d recommend this dealership to anyone that wants a new car

Great place! I was there for a little while tho around 4 hours but great customer service overall amazing. Especially tye the lovely girl was amazing and went out of her way to make sure all my questions were answered and genuinely just felt like my friend seconds into meeting her!

Just bought my new car today from them . Their team is absolutely amazing Sara the sales manager did an amazing job as well as Brian one of the dealers! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10/10 would recommend anyone in the market for a pre-owned used car. They have mechanic team that checks out all car brought into their shop they fix what needs to be fixed. My very first experience buying a car in Florida and I would not regret it at all!!

I had previously left a positive review but I had to change it. I was sold a garbage vehicle. The car is flooding the air was not working they fixed the air but now I’m left with flooding in the floor of the drivers side. They keep telling me they will call me back and they never do. I’ve been patient with them but they don’t seem to care at all. If you can go to another dealer go because as far as for my experience here has been the worst. They have pushed me to the side not caring that I needed a reliable car. Now I’m stuck having to pay for a car that I cannot even drive. The tire is ripping apart when I was told the tires were good for 6 months before I had to change them. Turns out it’s only been a month. I don’t know what else to do to get them to help me. But I promise I never leave negative reviews but I just cannot do it anymore with this dealer. My mother’s health is on the line missing her cancer doctors appointments because I can’t drive my car. My work is using my car and I have missed days and days without being able to work because of this horrible experience. So do yourselves a favor and do not bother going here unless your buying a brand new car zero miles.
