Absolutely love Desoto Auto Mall! I’ve been with them for over 2 years now and the customer service is always amazing. John, Denise, Stephanie and Matt are always so kind and they definitely will do anything to look out for the customer’s best interest.

We've been to see John 3 times now. So far so good. I like that the vehicles have some type of warranty. They are pricier... but that's just b/c John is pickier about the cars he buys at auction. And the auctions he goes to are where leases cars go into auction from major dealerships... at least this way you know the cars were well maintained. Anything wrong with the car when you purchase it he tries to get fixed asap. I would highly recommend anyone to go see John at Desoto Auto Mall if you're looking for that new car feel for a better deal. Xox

This is the worst place I would consider to get a car from, I have paid on my car for 2 year until something happen to my car of an engine failure. When I called to figure out what is there I could do since I was told at Maher and other mechanic shop that the engine was gone and could no longer work and would need another engine. I called and spoke with Denise that works with John in the office and ask could I speak with John which is the owner of Desoto auto mall she told me he was not in the office and that she would rely the message of the issues I have with the car, I haven’t heard from the owner for like 3weeks to a month even longer on the car situation. He told his workers that I would need to make a payment on a car that no longer works and I told Denise In the office why hasn’t he call me but relying messages to you for me to pay on the car. Everytime I call they would tell me he is not there or he is out of town.. Soon as I Threaten to call the local news for no possible communication John finally call speaking very rude and very cold hearted so if you are in need of a car I would not recommend coming to there lot. If something happens to your car it’s on you!!
