They were honest, professional, and very accommodating throughout the entire process making our car purchase easy and stress free. We were also pleased to learn that they could handle our future oil changes, maintenance and repair needs as well. It’s great to find a dealership you can trust. They are awesome!!! They have fair prices and really worked well on getting my mother a Van that she felt comfortable and safe in. Also too since my mother is from a foreign country and doesn't understand some of the knew gadgets or features that some these vehicles have, they took the time to explain and was very kind to show her everything. Lastly the staff is knowledgeable and really knows how to take care of past buyers. For example my mom recently came by the dealership to see when would be the next time she needed to get an oil change. So just out the kindness of their heart they just did it for her no questions asked. So thank you Goldmark Auto Group for such great experience and I encourage others to check them out.

I was originally pulling into this place with a car I had intended to trade and buy another car but the car I was going to trade in blew up not even 10 miles out from the place. Even though my trade in gave out and was worth next to nothing at this point I still got into the car I was after. And I didn’t get my scalp ripped off by them either on the price. I can thank Goldmark auto group enough for the help my 2008 Honda accord got me home like a dream. They just don’t make these new cars the same anymore. 33k miles and it runs like it’s fresh out the factory. If I need another car again in the future I will definitely be checking their inventory again for another old gem.

Dennis, Caesar, Justin, Ron and Mitch were all amazing. They helped my son and I find a safe reliable truck. They were patient, knowledgeable and extremely nice to my family. Thank you all very much, my son loves his new truck!

It’s very frustrating as a single female to try to save up what you can to get somewhat of a reliable vehicle to make things a bit easier. Of course buying a use car especially from a buy here pay here I wasn’t expecting perfection but for what I’ve been through in the FOUR months I’ve had this vehicle is ridiculous. Battery needing to be changed TWICE, the first one being within THREE DAYS of driving off the lot! Alternator, fuel injectors, thermostat, oil leak in the oil filter housing!!! We’re not even going to get started on all the rattling that I get from the foot board I’m assuming is the U-joint or something in that area that I can never focus on cause this car has so many issues. The button to roll up my window literally came off as I was trying to get my driver side window up so now that’s broken 😂 on top of a grinding noise I hear whenever I steer the vehicle to the left. Vehicle turned off literally while driving, thank god I wasn’t rear ended in the process. Had to get the vehicle towed TWICE in 48 hours, cause of course after getting one problem fixed, there goes another one. Thousands of dollars in repair, I’ve spent more money trying to fix the damn car than I did on the down payment and they still expect their money while they are selling vehicles that’s not even worth the down payment. I’ve been soo depressed and so heartbroken dealing with this piece of junk, I regret not going elsewhere.
