Had a very good experience at Gettel Kia last week. Needing to replace a damaged vehicle, I showed up for a test drive and Andrei took very good care of me. He was very professional and kept the entire process laid-back and smooth, I don’t think I was there longer than 2 1/2 hours (including financing). Got a great new vehicle of excellent value and quality and have been very happy with it so far.

Davonte helped me in any way possible. I came in with questions and a budget and he made me feel like he was doing anything possible to help me out instead of just trying to make a sale. Ryan in finance was amazing too, I never felt pressured or rushed and they truly cared about my concerns. I really recommend them. I’ve never had such a pleasant experience in a dealership. At the end I got exactly what I wanted. I’m extremely happy and satisfied with their service.

After days of the usual dealership runaround, my Mom and I were worn down and frustrated… then we walked into Gettel Kia. The salesperson that approached us was, Davonte, with the warmest welcoming smile. Right from the start, his sincerity and professionalism shone like the brightness of his smile (which we couldn’t get over, lol). He never came across as pushy or overly rehearsed. He took the time to really understand what my mom was looking for. What stood out most was his ability to make the experience feel personal without ever making it feel transactional. Davonte treated us with kindness, respect, and patience from start to finish. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure she felt confident in her decision, rather than just trying to close the deal. By the end of the process, the entire atmosphere had shifted for us. What started as another exhausting dealership visit turned into an experience that actually restored some faith in customer service again. We left feeling incredibly grateful to have worked with someone who made us feel like we were family. Davonte is the epitome of who you want representing your brand. His professionalism, emotional intelligence, and ability to connect with people set him apart in an industry where genuine customer care feels nonexistent. Andrei was amazing throughout the entire car-buying process. We had absolutely no issues with him — he was professional, helpful, and easy to work with from start to finish. Unfortunately, the vehicle we originally purchased stopped working almost immediately after leaving the dealership and didn’t even make it two miles down the road. We brought it back, and thankfully the dealership worked with us to exchange it for a better vehicle. One word of caution: if you’re completing your final paperwork with Finance Manager Gabriel Sanchez, make sure you carefully review everything before signing. We were given information regarding the warranty pricing that later turned out not to match what was actually on the paperwork, which was very frustrating.We were told the bumper-to-bumper warranty would be reduced to $10. However, when we completed the paperwork for the vehicle exchange, we found out the warranty was still being charged at full price, and the only thing changed was the GAP insurance — reduced from $18 to $10. We had no issue paying for GAP coverage, so the situation was confusing and upsetting. When we brought up the concern, instead of taking accountability or helping clarify things, Gabriel said we were liars. we felt dismissed and It left us questioning the honesty and transparency of that part of the process. That being said, General Manager Kevin Allen stepped in, listened to our concerns, and made everything right. He made sure we were taken care of and turned the experience around. Because of his help, we are very happy with our new car and truly appreciate the effort made to resolve the situation. Overall, Andrei and Kevin deserve recognition for their customer service, but we strongly recommend carefully reviewing all finance paperwork before signing.
