Drove down to Bradenton Florida this morning to look at a 2016 Buick Cascada premium convertible and met Mr Gary Brown, no relation to my ex-wife. The man had the car ready for us to take a test drive and then had the paperwork ready when we sat down to buy it. The car looks just the way it did when it rolled off the assembly line and it's beautiful I can't say enough about Firkins dealership and Gary Brown our salesman. Drove North on I-75, with the outside temperature of 91 and the AC Cooling inside the car.

Gary the salesman went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect car for us. He really dived deep into our interests and likes and dislikes and found us the prettiest 3 row suv that checked all of our boxes! He made the car buying experience exceptional. We are so excited about our new car and will totally return for future purchases!

The whole experience was great. Gary the salesman was friendly and made the whole process easy. They all did everything they could to get me in the car I wanted without being pushy or makings harder then they should be. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.

My experience at Firkins Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Between the sales staff and the finance department, I left feeling completely misled and taken advantage of. Mark Gray and the other salesmen were more focused on closing the deal than making sure I fully understood what I was signing. Important numbers were either rushed through or not clearly explained, and by the time I reviewed the paperwork, thousands of dollars in additional costs had been added to the deal. The finance manager was no better. Instead of providing transparency, the process felt confusing and pressured. A nearly $4,000 service contract was included, along with other fees that dramatically increased the cost of the vehicle. Looking back, I feel like the dealership took advantage of my trust rather than earning my business. What should have been an exciting purchase turned into a stressful and disappointing experience. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with Firkins to review every single number, question every fee, and never rely solely on verbal explanations from the sales team or finance office. I regret doing business here and would not recommend this dealership to friends or family. I also feel my trade-in was not handled fairly. The value presented during negotiations did not reflect the true financial outcome of the deal, and I was left feeling that I lost thousands of dollars in the process.
