I recently purchased a beautiful 2025 black Chrysler Pacifica minivan from Firkins Chrysler in Bradenton, FL, and I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Norberto. I bought a brand new Jeep Cherokee Altitude from the best sales representative I've met. I'm very happy with the overall experience and the vehicle! I love the Jeep Altitude! It drives really nice, has a lot of room and has tons of features at a good price. Kyle Hunter is genuinely nice guy who wants you to be happy. He's not going to force you into anything. Kyle and Carl are both very kind and helpful. There are a lot of dealerships to choose from. I picked this one because of the reviews. I am very glad I did. Kyle, my salesperson was upfront and honest about everything. I did most of everything over the phone and everything was just as he said on paper. If you have been car shopping, you know that they will tell you anything to get you in the door, this was thankfully not happening at Firkins. They did exactly what they promised. I had the best experience my first time at Firkins with Shawn Clarke! He was incredibly patient with me, as I test drove 4 different Wrangler styles, and then also once we sat down to talk numbers. He didn’t just get me into a beautiful, blue Jeep, but he answered all of my questions, didn’t pressure me into a model I didn’t want, listened to my every concern and took it all into consideration. It took me two visits before I drove one off the lot. It means a lot to me, since this was a big purchase, prior to a big move, many hours away.
