I recently purchased a new 2026 CX-90 from Cox Mazda, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. I have never found a more trustworthy dealership than Cox Mazda. Before purchasing my new vehicle, I brought my 2022 CX-5 for all of its maintenance and detailing needs here for 4 years. When I decided to sell the CX-5, the dealership offered me a great deal that I simply couldn't pass up, even though I had originally purchased the vehicle elsewhere. After selling my CX-5 and previous maintenance history, I appreciated the way this dealership does business and wanted to continue working with them. That ultimately led me to purchase my new CX-90 from Cox Mazda. One of the things I value most is their transparency. They don't pile on unnecessary dealership fees or waste your time. They provide a straightforward out-the-door price and make the car-buying process enjoyable—the way it should be!! Lisa was amazing to work with from start to finish. She was responsive, kind, honest, and made the entire process so easy. She even came in on her day off to accommodate our schedule because I was out of town when she was originally available. That level of customer service meant a lot to us. No one likes the car buying process but this had to be the most seamless and efficient process I have ever experienced. Granted, I went in fully prepared on my end but I was in and out in about 2 hours with a trade in. I was greeted by Josh immediately. Adam facilitated my trade in and lease. Joe wrapped it up and I was on my way. The three of them made it an experience I won’t forget. While I miss my BMW, I absolutely love my new CX-50 and will highly consider another Mazda after this lease because of how great my experience was with the staff at Cox Mazda. Thanks guys!

Great experience from start to finish. I was greeted by Josh before I even walked into the beautiful showroom. He heard my needs and immediately identified some cars I might like. He understood and respected my budget. There was no upselll. After spending some time, I told Josh I wanted to drive down the street to check out another option. He didn't try to discourage me. I spent some time at another dealership and returned an hour later to test drive the car I preferred. I loved the ride. We agreed on a price without the typical haggling and the car was detailed and ready to drive home within the hour. Finance guy Joe was also very nice to deal with, as was sales manager Mr Scheller (forgot his first name). I highly recommend and love my Mazda 30.
