Visited Sheridan Ford this past Presidents’ Day weekend. Came in looking for something very specific and was delivered something very specific, and the whole process from start to finish was immaculate, personable, and complete to every single detail. Calling out Nate first and foremost for being an upstanding salesman, no nonsense, personable, and outright honest at every single level… He tailored the perfect deal for our family and got us into a beautiful Ford Explorer, and the finance team set us up exactly where we needed to be, and threw in some additional options as well. I could not be happier with our purchase and cannot speak more positively about the experience and to end. One of the easiest experiences buying a vehicle. No back and forth. They presented their first offer which was extremely competitive and aggressive. They accepted my counter. Financing was also easy. Secured a better rate than I could find on my own. Zero pushing add-ons. They were offered and declined. They moved on. By far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership.

Excellent interaction and great experience in buying my new Expedition. I dealt with Nate initially who introduced me to the vehicle and explained the features. As a follow-up I managed the sales details with Gary who did a super job of helping me through the process. Brandon did a great job of the paperwork and explained several options. My experience with Sheridan was fantastic. It mad e the process very easy and both sales guys did a fabulous job. My kudos to all.

The employees here are professional and helpful. I asked a man here to install a dash camera for me, and he did a super great job. However, the phone services are a little bit disappointing, as sometimes there’s nobody answering my call in the opening time. Also, the website is not useful at all, because I can’t directly schedule an appointment via the webpage. To schedule it, I have to make a phone call, and even come to Sheridan in person when nobody answers my call. Also, the exchange service is super busy. I had my dash camera installed here, and it broke after several days so I asked for an exchange. Till now, it has been about 3 months and nobody informed me that the exchanged dash camera arrived. I don’t know why it takes such a long time so I just fixed it on my own. Let’s wait and see when will I finally get the exchanged dash camera lol. I bought several OEM products (like the stripes in the figure) via the ford official website and picked them up at Sheridan. The products do have great quality and I really enjoy them.
