I brought my 2022 Jeep Wrangler 4xe in after two independent shops identified a rear differential leak and recommended replacing all four shocks. Rather than simply selling me repairs, John took the time to investigate the issue thoroughly. What I appreciated most was John’s professionalism, communication, and willingness to help me understand my options. He treated me fairly, kept me informed throughout the process, and led his team in the repairs. John even showed me the old shocks that were taken off the vehicle and demonstrated how they were not providing the resistance one would expect. So from the moment I email them about a new ram that was on their website.They responded right back. The salesman that I spoke to was Tre Williams he is amazing!! I told him were I wanted to Be! Him and his team worked on everything got me what I needed and had all the paperwork ready for when I got there. When I got to the dealership I was welcomed by Tre and then all the sales team. At this point I was very happy I picked Preston dodge. I have bought rams from a bunch of different dealership over the years. But I’m here to tell you!! They are awesome and make you feel like you are not just a sale but family!! And two weeks later my truck had to go back for some we owe things to be done on it and a spray in bed liner. When I drop off the truck to them all the sales team stopped and ask me how I’m doing and how I like the truck. To me that shows they care about their customers. When I picked my truck up the next day there was a little issue!! When I showed them right away the sales manager Mike came out and looked at it and got right on making it right. they went above and beyond with keeping me updated and going out of there way with picking up my truck from my house and dropping off a loner truck and dropping it back home two time and each time calling and keeping me updated. Preston dodge and there team really do treat you like family in my book they are hands down the best dealer in the area.
