We quickly decided on our new car, and from that point forward the entire process was quick, easy, and frankly very pleasant.

When I knew I needed a new car I was seriously dreading the dealership experience. Generally sales tactics are just manipulative and disrespectful. You should definitely go see Curtis down at the Kia of Wilmington because of ALL the dealerships I went to, he was truly the only one that listened to me, and gave me what I was looking for, and didn't try to oversell me. BUYERS BEWARE Do not buy a car from these people; Ralph sold me a 2022 Genesis G70 with a BAD TRANSMISSION 3 days after buying the car it was a crank but no start. Brought it in to Genesis and I was informed that the cars transmission cooler failed as well as the transmission. Car is currently sitting up with no ETA for the transmission. Kia of Wilmington has been ignoring my calls in regards to this matter. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else for a vehicle. DO BETTER AND BE HONEST WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS
