I purchased a Honda Odyssey from them 1/14/26. The place is not bad. The sales folks are down to earth and laid back. They are willing to help and go above and beyond. If you're going to buy a vehicle from here take it to get inspected first so you somewhat know what you're getting. Do your homework on the vehicle you want. I recommend working with Jeff only when you get the vehicle inspected and looked at by a mechanic first.

The guy that was supposed to be helping us was not very attentive. There was no soap in the bathroom and the door didn’t close all the way and didn’t have a lock. We messaged with one of the employees yesterday before we drove here today, he said we’re all good to come check it out today. We drove an hour, just for them to tell us the car wasn’t here, it was sent out for service or something. We were filled with dismay, as that was the only car we were interested in. He asked if we wanted to look at another car, same make & model, different year. We agreed and he asked if we wanted to test drive it. Gave us the key, we looked at it but there was a handful of things right off the bat that kind of pushed us away from getting it. (The back part of the seat didn’t move at all. It was stuck in an upright position. The check engine light was on. The car felt/sounded slightly weird when started. The button on the key only locks the driver door, all the other locks have to be done manually) We sat out there for about 15 minutes waiting for the guy to come back so we could test drive it. Out of disappointment and irritation, we decided we didn’t want to test drive it at all. When we went inside to give them the key and let them know, the guy we were waiting for was at his desk helping someone else. We ended up speaking with the other guy, and told him we weren’t interested then left. Not the worst experience I’ve ever had, but you’d think they’d be more on top of everything considering we were potential buyers. Side note: the parking situation was very confusing. We didn’t see an actual lot to park in so we parked around the back, half in the mud and half in the street.

Run don’t walk away from this place! And if you still find yourself there, please have them put a car on the Lyft so you can check the underside as you can see from grading the menu reviews. These cars are water, damaged or flooded out or frames rusted out. There are many hidden problems with these cars, such as driving, rough a lot and them shutting off once you purchase them which has happened to me numerous times which is very dangerous, especially in the highways when there’s no shoulder. Do not buy any car from these guys if you still want to do it without a warranty because they will try to push you out the door without one and sell it to you as is. These guys give used car dealers and even worse name. I purchased a 2013 BMW X3 on October 17, 2024. The price was $59995. They charged me an additional $320 for title and tags even though these things I would have to get in my state of Pennsylvania purchasing a car in Delaware. ABC auto said it was a Pennsylvania car and that it would have no problems fashion inspection. I purchased a car that day and drove it home that day and after the hour and a half ride, the car died on the side of the road. Check engine light came on along with other warning lights just says fuel sensor and drivetrain problems. It was a very unsafe situation on the highway. I took it to my mechanic the next day, October 17, 2024 where is informed this car had flood damage and showed me the rusted out parts underneath the car and the corrosion on the engine. My mechanic also checked Carfax and saw that none of this was ever reported to them. The check engine light had been reset so that I would not see it during the test drive on October 16, 2024, which was curious because we drove five minutes. He had us park in a remote area and then try five minutes back to the car dealership. I guess this was to hide the fact that once the car got hot, it would turn off. Very sly move. I called the sales rep October 17, 2024 after my mechanic told me about the water damage and the rep just told me what you get for coming to Delaware and picking up a cheap car. I am also concerned because of a video was posted of me buying this car on Instagram and who knows what other social media platforms on that day. With the check light on this car will not pass inspection in Pennsylvania. Among the many things that has wrong is that it has an electrical problem which one I took another mechanic to get a second opinion on October 18, 2024 they said the damage would cost upwards of $3000 to fix. ABC auto lie about the condition of the car and when I asked them on October 16, 2024 when I purchase car, what was the acquisition price of the car they refused to answer.

Very unprofessional experience. The sales lady had the car listed at the wrong price, then acted irritated when I tried to discuss it and negotiate even though dealerships normally negotiate prices. Every time I tried to explain myself, she would cut me off, twist my words around, and act like I agreed to things I never actually agreed to. Just because I said ‘okay’ while listening to her offer doesn’t mean I accepted the deal. Instead of listening rationally, she got defensive and looked at me like I was crazy for simply asking questions and trying to work something out. The whole interaction felt rude, hostile, and misleading. Was hoping to buy a car from here guess not

Don’t shop here most cars have issues they don’t fix until they take your money!!!! My son bought a car and he knew something wasn’t right they wanted todo everything but give money back take your money elsewhere you won’t feel robbed
