My experience completely changed for the better after I was transferred to Tahj Fisher following a disappointing experience with another salesman at Toyota of Stamford. It ended up being the best decision the dealership could have made for me. Tahj was attentive, responsive, and always on top of everything. He took the time to help me choose the perfect leather color and thoroughly explained all of the vehicle’s features. Tahj was incredibly attentive, responsive, and always on top of every detail throughout the entire process. No question ever went unanswered, and he made sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. To top it all off, when things came down to the wire, Tahj made it happen and was able to get my vehicle delivered last minute, which I truly appreciated. His customer service was exceptional… I recommend him 100%! Please go buy your new Toyota with him! I also want to recognize Shaq in the finance department, who was absolutely amazing. I never felt pressured or misled and appreciated his transparency throughout the process. Shaq helped me get my 2026 Toyota 4Runner at the best monthly price possible and made the entire process smooth and stress-free (which is a plus being a 24 year old woman). This review is for Wendy Pellici, Jay Dudley & Shaq Simpson: I began working with Wendy 2 months back prior and she was magnificent, able to answer all my questions and was very helpful in the negotiating process. Always answered my questions and was on top of everything throughout the process. Jay Dudley was probably one of the most cordial and professional sales manager that I’ve dealt with. I’ll be honest, when it comes to car sales, it’s hard finding a dealership like this, where the staff is friendly, professional, areas are clean and most importantly the TRANSPARENCY. Vehicles are #2 most expensive purchase after a home, and these guys were absolutely what EVERY customer should deal with when purchasing a car. Shaq was able to get in contact with banks and find me the best APR on my financed vehicle. Always thorough with his tasks and on top of that he wanted me to finance with a decent bank that won’t cause headaches in the future, which was great of him. My first time EVER buying a car, was a seamlessly smooth experience at Toyota of Stamford. Nikson was my salesperson, and I truly appreciate his patience, professionalism, and effort. He walked me through EVERY step of the process, and answered EVERY question I had!! The finance staff, was also helpful, and educated me. They were able to provide me with a better deal in car payments/interest. Overall, I am grateful for my experience here! I wanted a limited inventory 4Runner in a specific trim and color, preferably asap as my car had just broken down and I was driving a rental. My amazing sales person Matt Longhitano (who was randomly assigned to me!) found this vehicle at another dealership that was then available for my pick-up within three days. In whirlwind speed, Matt made it happen, going above and beyond with consistent communications that culminated in a great pick-up experience. A big shout out to Pascale K who meticulously explained my warranty options. Overall a pleasant low-stress, no hard selling experience, and I’m driving the vehicle I really wanted … just like that.
