Tasca Hyundai of Stamford

After being scammed from several dealers, I finally was able to get what I wanted and within my budget. I was explained clearly the pros and cons of getting my first option based on my credit so I was still able to get "with my brother's help" my second option and I was lucky they had a color a really like. Thank you so much Evan and Jon ( I hope I said the names right) for the time and for trying your best to help me get what I wanted and needed and I did not had to wait 12hrs sitting in the show room like I did at another dealer lol. My experience at Tasca Hyundai of Stamford was nothing short of exceptional. I went in for an oil change and walked out with a beautiful Hyundai TUCSON. Gani listened and heard my concerns, what I was looking for and delivered. He was extremely knowledgeable on every feature the car had to offer but more importantly he made the entire experience welcoming and personable. He had me sold once he mentioned the ventilated and air conditioned car seats. That feature has already been a life saver. A week later, he followed through on a promise as there was one missing feature I needed with my new car but sure enough he delivered. My experience was pleasant from start to finish. John from finance was able to get me in and out seamlessly. I didn’t feel like a sale but as if we were friends catching up. Being on the road three days a week for work, I needed a car that was comfortable and that I love and that is exactly what I received. I am very grateful and thank the Tasca staff for their generous hospitality.

I just bought a Hyundai from Tasca Hyundai! I visited several other car dealerships in the Stamford area before my purchase and I could not have been more impressed. We worked with Evan who was knowledgeable, patient and straightforward. He listened to my needs and found me the perfect car with a great price. We worked with Ronnie to help Finance the car and he walked us through the whole process and made sure we were comfortable throughout. For anyone looking for a dealership who will listen to you and make the process as easy as possible I would strongly recommend Tasca!

Honestly just a pleasure to work with Todd, Andrew and the entire team. I told the them what I needed and they helped make it happen in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good honest car buying experience.

Update: 6/29/26 After I posted my original review, the new management at Tasca Hyundai reached out to me directly. The general manager reached out and made all of this possible, and I would like to thank him. They took my concerns seriously, scheduled my vehicle for the warranty paint repair, and took the car today, providing me with a loaner car while the work is being completed. I still stand by my original experience—the lack of communication and the long wait from October until June was extremely frustrating. However, I appreciate that the new management stepped in, made things right, and treated me professionally. Hopefully this level of customer service continues for future customers. (Worst service department, need a warranty repair done, they promise they will call when a rental vehicle is available or at least what spot we are on the list and never do, im waiting since October it’s alreadyJune, same story every time we go there to see what’s going on. The paint peeling keeps getting worst, and it doesn’t look like a 50k+ car anymore.)
