I honestly cannot recommend Imported Cars of Stamford enough. As someone who typically dreads dealing with car repairs, George and his team completely changed the experience for me. From the second I called, they were professional, kind, honest, and incredibly accommodating. They got me in the SAME day, explained everything clearly without making me feel pressured or talked down to, and had my Audi finished in just a few hours. They replaced all four of my brakes and rotors for a very fair price — and the entire process was transparent, beginning to end. I literally got picture updates every 15 minutes. What really stood out was how genuinely caring and respectful everyone was. You can tell they take pride in their work and actually care about their customers. On top of all that… they even cleaned my car inside and out before giving it back to me, which was such an unexpected and thoughtful touch. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, efficient, and truly professional mechanic/shop in Fairfield county — ask for George. Absolute 10/10 experience start to finish.

6 stars. This is hands-down the best experience in 40 years of owning dozens of cars. It was astounding in every way. Price = 50% less than a dealer Quality of workmanship = A+ Communication = A+ Speed to diagnose = A+ Speed to repair = A+ Cleanliness=ICS even washed my car inside and out! I know a lot about cars having restored many from the ground up. Those projects, along with maintaining multiple family cars for decades, provide me a lot to compare to. George's breadth of knowledge really blew me away. He is concise, fair and fast. Save yourself some time and money trying to find the "best"- just go to ICS. You will be VERY HAPPY.

I recently had my car serviced and wanted to take a moment to share how great my experience was. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what was needed and why. I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail—it made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. I had bad experiences with other places and regret not coming to George earlier. The work was completed efficiently, and everything was handled with care. It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust with your vehicle, but this experience definitely stood out. I’d highly recommend their service to anyone looking for reliable and thorough car care. I like their work so much that I’m willing to travel from Brooklyn, NY to Stamform, CT. Every minute/mile/dollar spent worth it!

George personally took care of my car, a Mercedes E550 that required some much needed TLC. He kept me informed with pics and videos and turn around time was super fast. He'd personally run to the parts store to get what was needed and when MB, in their infinite wisdom, would charge a ridiculous price for a part because they'd only sell you the entire assembly rather than the particular item you need, he'd be creative in finding a proper replacement, thereby saving you a significant amount of money on the job. I can't recommend enough. Great job. Great guy.
