Ramiro did a very good job repairing my car twice. I have an older model BMW and have had issues from timing chains to fuel pump and many other issues. He kept my car and did the replacements for less than what the Dealership wanted. He came highly recommended by an Auto body shop owner Theroux Auto Body. Thank you again.

My RS5 Audi was towed from another establishment to "CarHavn" that recommended CarHavn. They assured me CarHavn was the best to diagnose and fix the issue. They were absolutely right!!!!! Awesome experience getting a great price on a very well serviced and reliable older van. They were the only dealer I was able to find that did the service to the van I was looking for to make it safe to drive for my family. Ramiro went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but this experience reflects very poor business practices. A friend who has purchased two cars from Ramiro brought me to the lot, where I test‑drove two vehicles. I was interested in a 2015 Jeep Patriot with about 120k miles for my son and told Ramiro I would return with a cashier’s check. My friend also gave him $300 cash to install a radio he said he would add. After getting home, I researched the vehicle by VIN and learned this model is known for transmission failures at that mileage and this 2015 Jeep was manufactured only with a CVT transmission, despite being told it was a 6‑speed. I decided not to proceed. Our visit lasted about 30 minutes total, including test drives, and Ramiro did not accompany us. After informing him of my decision, I received a text claiming I had signed a purchase order, which I did not (or I'd likely be forced by him to buy it) and also accusing me of wasting his time. He later spoke negatively about me to my friend, resulting in her also deciding not to return. Not every test drive result in a sale and changing one’s mind should be expected. Based on this experience, I would advise others to look elsewhere.
