⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars – Exceptional, Above-and-Beyond Service from Corrine Sisk! I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Corrine Sisk at New Country MINI of Hartford! I originally came in to look at a specific vehicle, but after taking the time to understand what I was looking for, Corrine showed me two additional options. One of them turned out to be the perfect fit. Since it needed a few minor repairs before it was ready, she kept me updated every step of the way until I could come back for a second test drive. When I wanted to have the car inspected by my own mechanic, Corrine went out of her way to personally drive it to the appointment for me. Once my mechanic gave it the thumbs-up, she made the pricing and paperwork process smooth, straightforward, and completely transparent. On delivery day, I didn't have a ride to the dealership, so Corrine once again went above and beyond. She picked me up, drove me to my bank, and then brought me back to New Country to complete the purchase. The paperwork was so efficient that I was driving away in my new car in less than an hour. Corrine exceeded my expectations from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, patient, honest, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle—not just making a sale. The entire team at New Country MINI was wonderful to work with, but Corrine's outstanding customer service made all the difference. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!! Buying a car can be such a stressful experience, but this dealership completely changed that for me! From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed. Everyone was kind, patient, and never once made us feel pressured. Instead of feeling like a sales transaction, it felt like they truly wanted to help us find the right car. A huge thank you to Alex, who was absolutely incredible to work with. Before we even came in, he took the time to send me a personalized video of the exact MINI Cooper I had asked about, which immediately showed how much he cared about making the experience personal. He was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to answer every question we had without ever making us feel rushed. Every detail of the process was thoughtfully handled. The communication was excellent, everything was organized and streamlined, and they made what I expected to be an overwhelming process feel surprisingly easy. Even the dealership itself was welcoming—clean, comfortable, stocked with snacks, and just an overall friendly atmosphere. Most importantly, I drove away in my dream car: a beautiful CPO MINI Cooper that I absolutely love. I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I can honestly say I will never buy another car anywhere else! Very good and professional experience. Over the years, I have had my MINI serviced at New Country multiple times and always feel that they do a terrific job. Austin, the service advisor I just recently had, explained everything that was going to be done on the car thoroughly. I was set up with a terrific loan car and when my car had to be kept an additional day (only to make sure the car repairs were completed accurately to ensure safety), it wasn’t a problem keeping the loaner. Also loved that the service tech took videos of measuring my car brake pads, tire wear and chassis. These were sent directly to me to ensure that all decisions were being done correctly. Nice to go somewhere you can trust to service the car with professionalism and expertise.

Fast, professional and friendly service from everyone at New Country MINI. Austin at the front desk kept me updated and explained my options; Angel sends great videos while working on my car which really help me understand more about the mechanics. Thanks to people like Angel my car has kept good value and of course is a blast to drive. Comfortable waiting area and very easy to schedule appointments.
