I had a fantastic experience dealing with the team at Napoli Auto Express. When I arrived I was greeted by Trevan who guided me through the process from start to finish. He was very honest and straightforward, worked with me on what I needed specifically, and I was able to drive out the same day. I own my multiple businesses and don't have time to play games and I never once felt I was, which is more than I can say for literally every other dealership I've been to. I will be doing business with Napoli in the future and highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. 10/10 experience and a real review from someone who won't hesitate to leave a scathing review it necessary.

Back in March, I visited the dealership after being referred by a friend to meet with a salesperson named Trevor. I had been looking forward to purchasing a vehicle as a gift to myself for my 32nd birthday, so I came in with positive expectations. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that. My appointment was scheduled for 4:30 PM, but upon arrival Trevor was assisting another customer, which caused a significant delay. I completely understand being busy and was willing to wait; however, I was not seen until approximately 5:30 PM. During my visit, another staff member attempted to assist me and referenced a previous car loan I had, which had been fully paid off. The manner in which this was brought up made me uncomfortable, so I chose to end that portion of the conversation. When Trevor returned, I was told that “the bank” had approved me for a 2021 Volkswagen Jetta. The way this was presented felt dismissive, as if the decision had already been made for me. I was shown the vehicle, which had visible concerns including a missing driver-side door handle and noticeable mechanical noise. I was advised it would be repaired prior to delivery, but was also told this was the only option approved for me due to reliability and financing. Overall, I did not feel comfortable with the presentation of options or the customer service experience. I also felt rushed toward closing time and that private details regarding my application were discussed within earshot. Ultimately, I chose not to move forward. A few days later, I visited another dealership at a friend’s recommendation and had a much more positive experience. I am now the owner of a 2026 Toyota Corolla and feel confident in my purchase and the warranties provided. I am sharing this experience as honest feedback and would not recommend my visit based on how it was handled.
