Buyer beware, scummy. Liars, to lazy to put gas in the tank, didn't mention broken sun roof and glove compartment. If they promise you anything it's a lie. Key fob, tires. They don't care about the consumer. Father and son and staff untruthful... I waited a year to see if they would make good on anything they promised or signed. All lies from sales to repairs do business here.
Salesman was pushy and rude the dealership sold me an SUV that they knew had a faulty transmission kept telling me that the whining and stalling was normal for that type of veichle and it was nothing to worry about there was oil all over the engine finally after 4 days of calling and wanting to get things looked at they told me to bring the SUV back refunded my deposit and I was asked to leave immediately if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle don't bother coming here it was one of the worst experiences I have ever gone through
Bought a used Passat. They charged $700 for dealer prep. The inside was disgusting. The steering wheel was all sticky. The car had 4 different tires on it!!! The said they'd fill the ding in the windshield...that didn't happen. Giovanni actually had the nerve to call to make sure I would give a good review. LOL As if! Also found out the blind spot lights in the mirrors don't work. This vehicle wasn't even looked at by anyone. What a disgrace! Amazing they are still in business.
So sad to say the cars looks nice! But never judge a book by its cover... The car i was sold is a lemon .... And now they won't trade in the car because they don't want it back because they know its no good and alot of work need to be done 3 months in I was unable to barely drive car to work lost my job because of the car and they won't help you the warranty won't help you much either your better off getting a 3000 dollar car on the streets same thing no difference im very disappointed in you guys very
