Bought a well-kept 2013 BRZ with under 50k miles on it. Test drive and trade-in via sales rep Chris M. was straightforward and he had the history of the vehicle ready; professionals are good to deal with. It’s been over a month and almost 2000 miles, car is running great. They put new tires on, good ones too. I changed all the fluids after purchase, wouldn’t really expect that of them. However I’d take one star off their maintenance department for one reason - cabin and air filters were both very dirty and that’s a cheap, fast fix. I know sometimes those get overlooked. Overall 4.5 rating - recommended.

This was my 5th Audi, but my first time buying an EV, and Steve did a great job helping me understand everything I needed to make my decision. He answered all of my questions about the e-tron and made the transition to an electric vehicle feel easy and comfortable. This was also my second Audi purchase from Danbury Pre-Owned. Back in 2019, I bought a certified pre-owned 2018 Audi Q5 there and had a similarly great experience and great deal. Coming back again and having another excellent experience says a lot about the dealership. Riccardo in finance was also fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and fair. He asked thoughtful questions, put together a great package for me, and never made me feel pressured or aggressively upsold, which I really appreciated. I was greeted by the Sales manager Al, who was attentive and knowledgeable. Al and I discussed the benefits of an extended in house bumper to bumper warranty, which I felt was advice I should consider. After hammering out the particulars with the finance manager regarding which coverage would work best for my vehicle, I decided to take advantage of it.
