I called the dealership and spoke with Ricardo and he told me the vehicle I was interested in was still available. I drove down to the dealership, took a look at the car, and test drove it with John. I asked Rick what he wanted for it, the price was very reasonable, I put down a deposit, and we shook hands. I went back a few days later because he needed some time to address some minor concerns I had. I'm now driving my new 2014 Toyota Highlander and I am very happy. Thank you Ricardo!!!

We had a great experience with everyone that we talked to and worked with. We went looking for an inexpensive, older car. It was an emergency situation. We did not care as much about esthetics as reliability so that may make a difference for some people. They went out of their way to help us get the car fully set up that day which was a huge help. We're already drove it over 500 miles and so far no issues, it's everything we expected.

I went to Ray's Auto Sales not sure what type of vehicle that I wanted. Rick was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Assisted me greatly in getting me into an affordable vehicle. Bought a car from Rays auto sales in Connecticut purchased car through ebay, Promised me the car was very nice, no rust, bondo, doesn't smoke low mileage car, it was a 1978 Camaro z28 had it delivered to nc. when it arrived, I knew right then I had made a bad decision. It smoked when started, had deep scratches in paint where it had been worked...BONDO, rust in both quarters, paid full price for car that was suppose to be carshow ready...NOT.. Im out a lot of money, cannot afford to fix. And cannot sell to get my money back, because I would have to lie about the condition its in, so be very careful when dealing with people out of state,. Especially RAYS AUTO SALES IN CT

Went to see a car I found online. The first guy came out with a battery jumper to start the car, asked him why and his response was he doesn't speak English. Asked the owner he said to start the car. To add on to that the car had alot of smoke coming out of the tailpipe but they claim they only had it for a few weeks. When we mentioned the smoke to the owner he was really rude and told us to leave. Glad I didn't buy a lemon
