I do feel bad for those who had a bad experience with them, I’ve gotten 2 cars from them, one got totaled in An accident and Mikey and her Husband got me right in a new one once my insurance covered it I was short on the down payment and they worked with me. I feel like people get bitter and make bad reviews once they get their car repoed but honestly if you show them that you are trying and keep in contact with them they are very good people to deal with. I will always recommend them!

Absolutely amazing service. Mickey and Tim are the reason I will buy more cars from top notch. They sell quality cars and I have not had 1 single issue with my trailblazer. Definitely recommend 10/10

This place is sooooo sad. If you leave a bad review they attack you or say that you never bought a car there because the name on your review doesn't match your child's last name!!!! These ppl are rude and a scam. That's why they will be outta business soon. So much for supporting local and sorry my child's last name doesn't match mine so there's no record of you being so disappointing. And before you repeat...yes payments were made on time and yes insurance was kept up on. Please dont respondfor your sake because your feedback to reviews is why we won't buy from you. So sad local businesses in Pueblo are needed but the owners are horrible. Attacking customers on reviews instead of fixing the problem. Gross!!!

I was buying a car from then. I was making payments I went on vacation and told him I was going to be late on a couple payments they were cool with it I started catching up payments on it still technically behind but it wasn't that bad I don't know how she was putting the money on the car but apparently all the extra money I was putting on it didn't count or something I was at work and when I walked outside to put something in my car my car was gone Carter hey did y'all can pick up the car yes your blah blah behind. Okay I pawned a bunch of stuff so that I could get the car back so I can keep going to work been paying on the ponds and on the vehicle nothing I know I got behind again so I started calling and asking how much is a buyout she called and told me that they were putting me on collections I said okay that was the last time I heard from her at least 100 times I've had friends call her to ask what the buyout is she's never returned their call she never returned my call waited on a collection letter nothing for over a year I've been trying to call and get a hold of her their gates are closed the one that's on the south side it's always locked. Today she sent someone to pick it. And now won't call me back so I can clean my stuff out. I have meds on it that I need

Absolute worst. Had to pay a huge down payment that I paid in cash for a Ford Transit Connect. Once I got the vehicle, the transmission failed before I made my first, actual payment. When I confronted them they said it was fine when I drove off the lot. Found out from the front desk lady that the car had been returned 4 times before I had bought it. After that, all of my cooling system failed. Hoses kept bursting and the radiator failed. I turned it over in a bankruptcy. That was in 2022. It is almost 2025 and it still sits on the Santa Fe lot. Don't buy it. They are cons and sell lemons
