I bought a beautiful 2020 Jeep Chrerokee from them in November. The car is wonderful absolutely no issues! Working with them was amazing! There was absolutely no pressure to buy. It was a very easy dealership interaction much better than I’ve had a big dealerships. The customer service was excellent even after the transaction. Highly recommend! In the future with other vehicle needs we will be using the again!

On October 1st I bought a 2007 jeep liberty from them with only 140,000 miles for our soon to be 16 year old daughter! She was so excited and the vehicle was very clean and wonderful!! Thank you Bonnie and Jake so so so so much! Very easy and wonderful purchase!!

Very friendly staff, willing to work with you if you have low or bad credit. Vehicles are priced well.They are clean. They are checked out by a mechanic. Additionally, if anything is wrong with it, they will have it fixed. Compared to the rest of the used cars dealership in the area, Liberty Motors is the best, in my opinion. They make sure their vehicles are in good running shape, vehicles are clean, and the staff was absolutely amazing!

Bonnie is nice and friendly. But I pulled off the lot in a 2014 Ford Taurus knowing that the radio wasn’t working and planned to replace which I did. My biggest complaint is that within the 1st week of purchasing the car the Fuel pump and fuel module went out. When I talk to Bonnie she informed me that car is sold as is and it’s a good thing I got the warranty. Took it in to Midas to be repaired and Bonnie informed me that there was nothing they could do on their part about this issue when I reached out to ask if they could help. I informed her that I wanted to see a maintenance report but she informed me that the form presented mention that everything was good. (No form was presented) Now 3 weeks later after replacing the fuel pump the car is broke down AGAIN. I had to have it towed to a mechanic and I am now waiting to find out what’s wrong with it this time. (Mind you, nothing is worse than breaking down in the middle of the road with you and your kids in the car.) Nothing is worse than purchasing a car from a dealership thinking you’re gonna have a reliable vehicle for a while and instead being stranded with no car and now mechanic bills. I did my research but apparently not deep enough. Don’t recommend buying from here. Vehicles are purchased from Auction brought straight to the lot and not checked out by mechanics before being sold. Sucks to write a bad review but it also sucks being stranded with a car payment and no car to drive.

I really hate to leave a negative review because I genuinely liked the people in the office; Ryan and Bonnie were friendly and easy to work with. I don’t believe there was any malicious intent, and everyone came across as good people. That said, the vehicle I purchased did not meet the standard it was presented with, and I don’t want someone else to run into the same unexpected costs I did. I purchased a used 2018 Tesla Model 3 from Liberty Motors on August 12, 2025. From the start, I expressed concerns about the climate system and the suspension due to the age and mileage of the car. During the test drive, I noticed a creaking sound when turning the wheel and when going over bumps. When I mentioned it afterward, I was told it was a known Tesla steering column issue. I specifically asked whether it could be suspension-related and was assured that it was not, and that the suspension was in good shape. Later, Tesla diagnosed the noise as a suspension problem that required $1,869.42 in repairs. Additionally, although the heat couldn’t be fully tested because it was over 90° the day of the sale, the climate system turned out to have a major fault as well. I now have a repair estimate of about $2,400 for climate and coolant system work. I called to ask whether Liberty Motors could help with any part of the repairs or costs and was told that the vehicle was sold as-is and Bonnie let me know there was nothing they could do. Based on my experience I would encourage future buyers to get anything you’re concerned about inspected independently and not rely solely on verbal assurances. I hope my experience helps someone avoid similar unexpected expenses.
