Marie and Mike took such great care of us!! They were very knowledgeable and did their respective jobs with the highest level of professionalism!! What has been in the past, my least favorite thing to do, buying a car, was made hassel free and worked out as good as humanly possible. Thank you Mari and Mike for everything!! I had a good experience with this car dealership overall. The staff were polite, helpful, and explained different car options, pricing, and features clearly. I appreciated being able to test drive and compare models without any pressure. However, the final paperwork and delivery process took longer than expected, which was slightly inconvenient. Despite that, the car was in excellent condition and exactly as described. Overall, a reliable dealership with room for improvement in service speed.

I have owned a Kia Niro for about a year now they sent me a notice that there was a little bit of a recall nothing of a big deal just a wire that needed to be replaced. I took the car in. Said it was going to be about an hour, but it only took about 15 minutes very pleased with the service here. Hope they keep up the good work I was in their service department again last week and even though what was wrong with my car was not the fault of anyone at Kia or Spradley Fixed it for me quickly. I had nothing but great service with this company, very friendly people and Provides some great service. I would definitely buy a car from them again

Unfortunately this is the service department that I have to take my car. The department left items undone that I PAID FOR. This is a problem that comes up almost every time I take it in. Since I have to travel 90 miles each way I cannot just drop by to have it remedied. I received notices of recalls that I was told they needed to get parts for. Now when I ask about the work I'm told there are none on my vehicle. I suspect that they just marked it done when the parts where not available. I would never recommend this organization for maintaining your vehicle and based on my experience l will not be purchasing another car from Spradley - any brand. The service is not up to the task of maintaining it.

I accompanied my sister and niece to Spradley pre-owned dealership. My niece had seen the car on the Internet and was interested in purchasing the car. I drove the car and they made their offer which was accepted by the manager. It was supposed to be a cash sale. The car needed to be detailed and a windshield had to be installed. Manny the sales person told us it would be ready on Monday and he would call. My niece called Monday morning to see if they were working on the car, she was told the salesman would not be in till 10:30. She called at one and they told her they were still working on it and that they had found a leak. Didn't say where. Finally they decided to drive to the dealership to see what was going on at about 6 and they were told the car had been sold. Talk about being dishonest and disrespectful this is the dealership you don't want to deal with. I guess their cash wasn't good enough.
