I had an outstanding experience with Steve at Ramsey Auto Group in Greeley, Colorado. I purchased a 1998 Volkswagen Beetle from out of state and Steve went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Buying a vehicle sight unseen can be stressful, but Steve was patient, responsive, honest, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. He coordinated transportation, kept me updated, answered countless questions, arranged for additional inspections when requested, and never made me feel pressured. Even when unexpected delays came up, he communicated clearly and made sure I knew exactly what was happening. What impressed me most was that Steve genuinely seemed to care about both the car and my experience as a customer. He took the time to FaceTime with me, walk me through the vehicle, and provide reassurance when I needed it. That level of customer service is rare. Today my Beetle arrived safely in Utah, and it was exactly as represented. The entire transaction was smooth, professional, and enjoyable from beginning to end. I bought a really nice 2016 Hyundai Tucson from Ramsey's just a couple weeks ago. I have nothing but good things to say about how it all went. The employees were all cheerful and willing to answer any and all questions I had. I felt like they actually cared more about what I wanted than making a sale, very refreshing in these days. My son was working in Colorado and we decided to buy him a truck from Ramsey's. From the moment we stepped in the shop, I had a comfortable feeling that getting a reliable vehicle. My son had a major issue with the truck just 3 weeks after we got it. One call was all it took. They towed the truck for us back to their shop, made the repair at no cost to us and even gave my son a loaner vehicle while they had his fixed. Top notch service!
