I Love this place! Brandon and Tammi did everything to get me driving today. It’s been rough getting financed anywhere and car hop in Greeley came through. I was a costumer before but this time it was easier and it was thanks to Brandon, one of the most kind and respectful people, he helped me going through all the process and made me feel like it only took 20 minutes lol highly recommended 👍🏻

I live a little over an hour away from this dealership so finding the time to make the drive and find my next vehicle has been challenging. I finally had the chance to make the drive today because I found a car I was seriously interested in. I inquired about having the car sent to Greeley from the Fort Collins dealership and was told that it could happen. I also made sure to ask if we could use all the documents that I had previously submitted (I had literally gotten approval on a vehicle towards the end of May/beginning of June) and was told that should be fine. Upon arriving at the dealership, the vehicle I was interested in was NOT on site. Not only that, after verifying the information that I had previously provided was still correct (other than updating my address), I was told that I could screenshot my bank deposits as proof as my most recent paychecks. I had to explain that I couldn't provide the recent paystubs due to a system failure on our company's employee portal. After sitting there for over an hour and a half, I was told that I needed to provide the paystubs before we could proceed with anything. Okay, well obviously that wasn't going to be able to happen because I couldn't access my employee portal which I explained a few times and even expressed the annoyance of making the drive under the impression that they had all the documentation that they would need. Then I was told that hopefully I could get the paystubs to them ASAP because cars sell fast. Oh, and I was also informed that it was illegal for employers to withhold an employee's pay information when it's requested...yeah, because companies can control when a system crash occurs. Needless to say, I feel like this is the last time I allow myself to be disappointed by CarHop.....between this and the lie about what "VIP STATUS" means.....I'm DONE. I will be going to a different dealership to find my next vehicle, and I will be comforted in knowing that my time will not be wasted again by CarHop.
