Ghent Chevrolet Cadillac

This was the easiest and most pleasant experience I have had at a dealership. I worked with salesman David and he was awesome. Best salesman I have ever worked with and he had excellent customer service skills. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He worked with me on several vehicles and finally got me into a nice SUV which I’ve been wanting for the winter. I love my 2024 Equinox. Thank you David for all your help and your patience. I suggest going to Ghent Chevrolet in Greeley if u r in market for a car and ask for David he is amazing!!!

Buying my first new car felt intimidating, but Manny made the entire experience comfortable, easy, and stress-free from start to finish. He was patient, honest, and never made me feel pressured into making a decision. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. I truly appreciated how kind and genuine he was throughout the process. If you're looking for someone who will make buying a car a positive experience, I can't recommend Manny enough. Thank you for making my first new car purchase such a great one!

Thank you to Stefanie Garcia and Mari R. for making my first buying experience easy. Staying way after closing to make sure I got my papers signed and took my car home for the weekend.

Great experience! Anthony was absolutely stellar, zero pressure, chill as could be but very pleasant and informative, went above and beyond, even came in on his day off to finish my deal. Joshua and Austin were great to work with as well. Got a great deal on a new car. Everyone at the dealership was very professional in appearance and demeanor, unlike a neighboring dealership we had visited. As someone who buys new cars frequently I think I’ve found a great dealership to keep doing business with! Look forward to doing business with Ghent again!

I went to Ghent Chevrolet to see what my vehicle may be worth as a trade-in. Had done the online “build your own vehicle” process on the Chevrolet app for a Colorado. Had a good idea of what I was looking for and had the print out with me. Met my salesman, Manny. He very quickly found a vehicle at a nearby dealership that had about 90% of what I wanted. (I could’ve maybe gone to that dealership directly, but we like to support Greeley business when we can.) After looking at my vehicle, we did the back-and-forth dance once or twice on the value and arrived at a price that I thought was fair. (You always feel like you should have gotten more!) When I advised Manny that my wife was also due for an upgrade, he showed me a Bolt electric vehicle. Manny suggested we do a test drive to our home and show the vehicle to my wife. She did a test drive and was very pleased. At that point there was really no reason to hesitate, especially with the 0.9% financing they were offering on the Bolt. The paperwork process is not a quick and took longer than negotiating the deal on the two vehicles, but I never did feel pressured or uncomfortable about any part of the process. No surprises and no last minute charges. There were a few accessories to be added to the Colorado and that process hasn’t gone as smoothly as I’d hoped. The Ghent technician did stop the process on one application because he did not feel comfortable with what was required & called in another pro. I appreciate the fact that he didn’t attempt to do something he wasn’t comfortable with on my new vehicle! We are in the process of getting the final accessory installed. I am very happy with my buying experience at Ghent Chevrolet and highly recommend (5 stars) Manny Canedo for your buying needs. The service department is only about 3 1/2 stars right now but they’re trending higher. Intend to use them for future service needs.
