Auto Integrity

Judging by the selection of vehicles here, I’d never have guessed this place is run by one guy. And he efficiently does the job of a few people, clearly. I had a great experience getting a vehicle here! Keith was accommodating and understanding.

I highly recommend Auto Integrity. AJ has ALWAYS gone way above and beyond for me. He took care of any and every issue for me and went out of his way to meet my needs. He sold me a 2014 Ford Explorer Sport with barely any miles on it and was upfront and honest about everything. Great communication and customer service. I will only go to AJ for any Vehicle I buy.. going on 2 years of owning this vehicle and no problems at all!!!

They've done good in the past, but today they messed up. We had 2 Transit vans reserved. When we arrived... no transit vans. Here's a 2009 15 passenger van. It's rough, but it's what we have. What happened to the reservation? Not very happy. Had a busted window and big paint chip missing.

I don't know if this is a real business or not, but BEWARE. My wife and I drove from Lakewood to Greeley to test drive a car they had posted on Craigslist. I texted with them ahead of time, and they said "yes, the vehicle is still available", and when I texted we were on the way they responded "We look forward to seeing you". In hindsight, I'm 100% certain the text messages were coming from some kind of AI bot instead of a person, because each time I texted them, I got a response almost immediately. We arrived just before 4pm (their hours are 10-5) to find the door locked, and there was no answer when we knocked. There's not even a sign on the door to identify the business. The only clue we were in the right place was a single vehicle with an Auto "Integrity" (what a joke!) license plate. The website currently lists 50 vehicles in "inventory", but we saw maybe 8-10 vehicles in the parking lot plus a few more parked along the street. I'm pretty sure many of those parked vehicles belonged to customers of the mechanic in the next suite over rather than being cars for sale. So I texted that we were there. Immediate response saying "a team member will be right with you to help with the vehicle". I texted that I didn't see the vehicle there, and asked if someone was driving it from another location. Immediate response that it should be at the location, and a staff member would come out right away to assist us. We waited another 5 minutes or so, but nobody came out, because NOBODY WAS THERE. Avoid this shady business at all costs.
