The team was very kind and helpful and it was a quick experience. However we only bought the car 2 days ago and the power train light came on. We hadn't even taken it to emissions. Took it to a mechanic who said it was the transmission and torque converter and quoted a 9,000 dollar fix. That's... How much we bought the car for. It only blue books for 8,000! I have since called key auto inform them of this and I'm waiting for a call back. I'm hoping we can resolve this in which case I'd love to change the review and move forward in hopes this was an honest mistake without malicious intent. Edit: we're working on it.

Overall a good experience. The layout of the property is a little confusing if you have never been here but it's not a big issue. Every vehicle on display was clean and looked nice, including the one I purchased back in May. Everyone who works here is nice and willing to make your car buying experience easy. Something I will add: make sure the oil filter on any car you wish to purchase here is able to be taken off. When I went to change the oil in the vehicle I purchased here it was on tighter than anything I've seen before and took many hours and different methods to get it off. Other than that, no major issues with the vehicle. If you're looking for a used vehicle, add this place to your radar.

Great initial service. Was fast to let me test drive and get me to the car. Let me test drive by myself, inspect by myself, and take my time. I was really interested and asked if I could take it to a shop for a Pre Purchase Inspection. One of the guys said no taking it outside of the lot. But if I wanted to, I could have a mobile mechanic come to the lot and inspect it. I then told him I’d have a mobile mechanic go look at it. As soon as it came to scheduling a time for them to look at it, they no longer reply, or answer. And after reading the reviews, these guys are notorious for lemons. When I mentioned having someone come to the lot when I was there, the tone changed. Don’t waste your time with shitty service who won’t let you protect yourself from future headaches. If a dealer isn’t letting you get a pre purchase inspection on something that you’re going to be spending thousands on and using everyday, skip them, and go on to the next. Bad business shouldn’t be rewarded. And this is not being taken down.
