Alyssa was an angel. The first time I came things didn’t go as planned but on my second visit I got matched with Alyssa & I couldn’t be more grateful and satisfied. She was patient and easy going, listened to my wants and needs and even with my poor credit she picked me out the PERFECT little SUV on her first attempt. We talked, laughed, I took it for a drive, got my money order, came back and signed the papers and was on the road in less that 2 hours. She was literally the sweetest and made sure to take everything I asked her into account. She got me a spacious, reliable and safe vehicle for me and my baby’s and she made me feel so confident and sure in my decision. She educated me on everything and made sure to lay out my options. My new car passed emissions and has been working great, (I’ll update in a couple months) but all in all I’m very happy and so glad I was paired with Alyssa, she really made me feel so comfortable and I didn’t feel manipulated or any regret like a usual car buying process.
