Great customer service. Found a perfect car for myself at a great price, Alan was very honest and not pushy at all. Minor flaws on car were promised to be fixed if vehicle was purchased. All promises were kept and it was apparent my satisfaction was a concern. Overall very pleased with car buying experiences.
I needed an inexpensive, reliable used car, didn't care about cosmetics. Found exactly what i was looking for here, every car gets attention in the shop before sale. Engine very clean and new hoses and battery. 98 Sable drove better than newer vehicles! No hassle no haggle price I loved because I don't like to negotiate. I feel i got a very great value at this dealer and felt much more comfortable here than handling it in a private sale. Thank you Herb and team!
i have bought many cars from Alan. He is fair, honest and there isn't any pressure. I have never had any negative feelings. I even had a minor issue mechanically with one of the cars and we worked it out together. Thanks again!!
I can not say enough good things about Alan and south tejon motors. From start to finish our experience was better than I could've ever hoped for. We got the car we wanted for the price we needed. The process was fast, honest, friendly and everything that Alan promised he delivered. I would recommend them to anyone and I will go back for all my auto needs :) Thank you South Tejon Motors!!!!!
I bought my first car from South Tejon motors years ago. Overall it was a good experience. They allowed me to take it to a mechanic prior to purchase for an inspection and they worked with me to get some mechanical issues worked out prior to purchase. They seemed to have good deals. I have recommended them.
