A few years ago, I purchased a truck from Alpine, and from the very beginning, the experience was exceptional. I had a specific vehicle in mind, and Madison, my sales representative, went above and beyond to locate exactly what I was looking for. Once the vehicle was found, Quentin, the sales manager, made the purchasing process straightforward and seamless. During my ownership, the truck unfortunately experienced several issues. However, Alpine’s service department never wavered in their commitment to helping me. Their team is truly outstanding. Rachel, in particular, did an excellent job communicating throughout the process, keeping me informed on both the issues and the resolutions every step of the way. Over time, it became clear that the truck was ultimately a lemon. When the situation escalated to the point where the vehicle was no longer safe, TC stepped in to assist with the buyback process. What I initially expected to be a very difficult and stressful experience turned out to be quite the opposite. From TC to Andy, the service manager, along with Rachel and Dave, the entire team demonstrated integrity and a genuine commitment to doing what was right. They supported me throughout the entire process and made a challenging situation much easier to navigate. Because of that experience, I chose to purchase my replacement truck from Alpine as well. Doug, my salesperson this time around, was absolutely outstanding. He guided me through the process, made everything easy to understand, and ensured I felt confident every step of the way. This team is truly incredible. I would not hesitate to purchase from Alpine again and again. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would.

Very very friendly and super pro Military! Vanessa and TC really made us feel like family!!! They're quick, and they literally gave us the most affordable options. They were patient and not pushy, the perfect car buying experience! Can't wait to go back!

Service department management needs significant improvement. Waited over 3 hours for a scheduled oil change. When I went to check on status of my vehicle the employee stated that they did not know where they parked my vehicle and had not brought it in to the shop. All the service manager could do is say sorry for the inconvenience and did not have any solution for customer satisfaction. Service department needs to have a better solution on properly maintaining vehicles and ensuring customer satisfaction is met with a reasonable amount of time.
