I recently purchased a 2018 Volvo XC60 from Southern Colorado Motors, and I had a great experience from start to finish. The customer service was excellent, and the entire team was very helpful throughout the process. My salesman, Rory, was especially great to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured. Rory made the whole process easy and straightforward, and he was very patient while helping me go over the details of the vehicle and the purchase. The team at Southern Colorado Motors made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my decision, and they were very transparent during the process. Buying a car can sometimes feel stressful, but they made it simple and enjoyable. I’m very happy with my 2018 Volvo XC60 and the overall experience. I cannot recommend these guys more! I didn’t have the best credit but working diligently at fixing it, and they still got me in the car I wanted! The process was quick no salesy back and forth, no feet dragging. Rory was my salesman and was so easy to work with. He made the process so smooth and had the best attitude. I would work with him again, and hopefully will be getting any future vehicles through them as well! Thank you guys so much for everything I love my new car!

Well they have deleted my first review, so I will just make this abundantly clear the second time. Do not come here. They are sleazy, and their cars are basically being held together by duct tape and super glue. Truly, this dealership reminds me of Matilda’s dad’s workshop in the Matilda movie especially with the condition they sell their cars in. In my pictures below you can see my original review and pictures of the car. We asked for a slight price drop since there were 1-2 inch CHUNKS out of the rims scratching all over the car a cracked windshield, a bumper held on by a zip tie which they did not even bother to cut and God knows what else. They said their prices were fair and not moving, which I would understand if the car was in good condition. But not lowering it for an almost shot transmission, the tires, the scraping, the bumper about to fall off if not for the ziptie and listing as no body damage at all is a bit ridiculous.
