Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers did a great job helping me and my daughter get car for her. Elliot did a great job answering our questions and making sure we were comfortable as we waited as it was pretty busy the day we were there. Denise was great in working out a deal that was fair for our trade in and making sure we were pleased with the deal. Jesse was wonderful explaining all documents that needed to be signed and had great follow up. Vjay in the finance dept was very kind and personable explaining all documents needed for financing. It was a great experience and would recommend Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers if you are looking for a vehicle and a team that will work with you.

I normally do not leave reviews, but after several experiences, and considering we bought a vehicle here and it’s our convenient and reasonably priced option. I feel it is important to share concerns about the service quality here. They have been very friendly here as well. There were multiple occasions where concerns about suspension-related issues were brought up over a long period of time and repeatedly dismissed, only for major problems to later be identified. That was frustrating considering the issues had already been mentioned several times beforehand. There were also billing problems during a repair visit that resulted in incorrect charges and multiple refunds needing to be processed to correct the situation. What should have been a simple fix became unnecessarily inconvenient and time-consuming even though it was fixed in the end. On another visit, a repair was completed incorrectly and the vehicle had to be brought back immediately after leaving because a part had not been secured properly. I understand that mistakes can happen anywhere, but repeated issues involving inspections, repairs, and billing make it difficult to feel confident in the consistency and attention to detail of the service being provided. Hopefully this feedback helps encourage better communication and stronger quality control moving forward.

Getting my truck was easy and fast. Some things were wrong with the truck, but they were more than happy to fix it, as they love having their customers get the best experience. :D (The truck I got from this lot is in the left) Edit: after having this truck for a while, I realized they gave it to me for cheaper because of how messed up it was. The twin turbos were messed up, Cam sensors, my steering wheel audio control, entertainment system, etc. Check engine light came on only after a week of having it. They fixed most of everything, but I don’t have a warranty so they could only do so much. I will probably never purchase here again, BUT they were nice. So that’s good. I forgot about this review, so I just wanted to update with my experience.
