First off, I want to give a massive shout out Raul Ferrer, Tony Perez, Mike Ortiz, and last but never the least Mark Barton. Without these amazing people, I would've never got the truck that I have. They went above and beyond some to take care of me. I was treated like a gentleman, and a veteran which Was awesome! They kept it 1000% and they don't pull their punches or sully their words and I wouldn't ask for anything less. And to throw a bow on it, they treat you like family, no exaggeration on that, they truly do. So much love and respect to Phil Long Ford in Motor City and the amazing crew and staff that works there. I had a wonderful experience! Zachary was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. The facility was very clean, and every staff member I interacted with was professional, welcoming, and greeted me with a smile. As someone who is 37 weeks pregnant, I especially appreciated how convenient everything was. Having a café on-site was such a thoughtful touch and made my visit much more comfortable. It’s the little details like that that really make a difference. Overall, excellent customer service and a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
