Brought my CX-5 in for an oil change and to check on the battery. My service agent, Phetsamone was courteous and attentive getting me checked in. She offering multiple times to make sure I could get a ride to and from even though I was going to stay in their well equipped service lounge. She did swing by multiple times and checked to make sure I was doing good while waiting. When the battery turned out to need a lot more attention than I was expecting, she took the time to help me understand the items identified, offered alternative options to lower the cost and even had the tech come in to help explain the issue in more detail. There is a reason I keep bringing my Mazda back to this location for service. They genuinely care about the service you receive and make the extra effort to ensure your experience is top notch. Will definitely keep coming back.

Have had multiple great experiences here. Top notch company to deal with who are straight forward and honest. Its not often times you see a place value there employees and clients as much as they do themselves but this place does I personally dealt with Salesman by the name Cody. He made for a friendly, quick and accurate transaction. He took the time to carefully explain every detail to me and give me the absolute best deal possible. Its people like cody that more of these delarships need. He has the knowledge and know how to get you where you want to be.. Not only do I fully recommend cody for your next vehicle purchase, but I also reccomend this company entirely, these guys are the ones to work with!

The team over at Bob Penkhus did an excellent job of not pressuring my partner and I while looking for a new vehicle(new to us). They were just the right amount of helpful without being the typical "pushy car salesman". If we do end up deciding to buy it'll be from them.

I went in with a very low level of enthusiasm due to the negative stigma around dealerships. Luckily that was remedied right away. Natalia was nothing but awesome from the get go. Natalia has a calm and pleasent demeaner and was very knowledgeable. She made this experience five stars for sure. The vehicle i bought was showed to me and they worked with me on some of the minor stuff I wanted taken care of with no hesitation. This was a great experience from start to finish. I will most definately be back.

Trade went great. $3200 in repairs a few months later. Finance sells you warranty but doesn’t bother to tell you it’s only covered with pre authorization. Not helpful when you break down in the middle of no where and have your car towed to the closest certified mechanic shop. They covered $0 for me. I, personally, will never do business with them again nor recommend
