Easy to work with. They are honest about the condition of the car, and have the full Carfax available for all their vehicles in their website. They were not pushy and allowed my time as a customer to inspect and test drive the car. I drove off the lot the same day, and one week later I received the tittle in the mail.

My husband and I have bought two vehicles from Namrood Auto Sales. In December 2021, we bought a 2016 Jeep Compass and it was the favorite car I've ever owned. Unfortunately a drunk driver hit me from behind and totaled the Jeep but Namrood Auto Sales was the first and only car dealership I went to after insurance paid me compensation for my totaled car. I walked in the lot and found the perfect car to fit my budget and my needs and the guys are always so friendly and helpful without being pushy. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Do not buy a vehicle from this Car Dealership I am a single mom of five. I work hard. I saved up money to get a nice vehicle. I spent $18,500 cash buying a 2019 Chevrolet suburban fell in love With the vehicle at first sight, I test drove it. I even took it to AutoZone to have them. Tell me if there was anything wrong with the vehicle. He told me The car was in an accident, but everything was repaired so I bought it four days later my trunk stopped working and then 14 days later I took the car to the shop to get an oil change and was told that my shocks strength and control arm were completely broken busted leaking and needed to be repaired. I was quoted $6000 for the first shop. The second shop charged me $5800 to Repair all the shocks struts and control Arman the entire vehicle and then today I took it back to the shop because my car was Was saying tire pressure sensor so I took it back and they told me that my air compressor for my shocks was crushed from the accident. They told me about I had to spend another $809 to fix this part in total I spent almost $7000 to fix a vehicle. I got 13 days ago and to put a cherry on top. They told me all taxes were paid when I went to go register and get plates for my vehicle. I ended up having to pay $800. I even went back to the shop and told him what was going on with my vehicle. I showed him all the money I spent repairing it and asked him if he would help reimburse me he told me the vehicle was sold as is, and he’s not helping me.

I was told all taxes were paid when I bought the vehicle. Went to the dmv to get the car registered and they absolutely were not payed :) when I spoke to the dealership about this he went in circles arguing with me saying he never said he would pay the county and city taxes. He continued to tell me over and over again that I should pay him the rest of the taxes even though I brought a receipt from the dmv saying I payed them. Doesn’t care what you have to say and will not work with you. Come to Namrood if you want random extra fees tagged on and a rude salesman. The lady who works there is very nice and professional though.
