First of all I would like to give HUGE THANKS, to both of these guys here. We called to see if they were available for my husband and I to look at an SUV and they were out picking up inventory. Scheduled a time to go test drive and they were actually there! Both guys have a wonderful personality and make you feel comfortable from the start. Bank had closed that day and my card has an amount limit, he allowed me to drive home and come back the next morning. Although it's not what we wanted, but what we were looking at on their lot we are pleased. They are professional, and helpful.

Took an SUV out to get it checked out at a mechanic. Didn't have gas and had to have his employee tag along for more than 2 hours just to pay for gas. Then, the mechanic went over the 1200 dollar timing belt job that was needed (v6 engine) and more than 1400 dollars in other needed repairs. Even assuming these estimates were too high, I was looking at well more than 1000 dollars in repairs. When I brought it back, he proceeded to tell me he checked it over himself and nothing was broken. After explaining to him he already had the car listed over KBB value and that it needed 1000 dollars plus in repairs, he berated and mocked me for saying I couldn't buy the car unless it was 1000 dollars cheaper than he listed it. Mocking and berating if you aren't confident in his cars just by his own word. Absolutely incredibly rude. Would give 0 stars if I had a choice. Edit: I have since driven by after months after this experience, and he had reduced the price by more than 1000 dollars and called me back and begged me to buy it. Ridiculous sales practices

Just got off the phone with Mike, inquiring about a car. He told me it was a salvage title due to airbag deployment. When I told him I couldn't do that (due to the terms of my financing) he laughed and hung up on me. Really rude and unprofessional.

We gave you $400 to bid on a truck for us and you said we would get $300 back if we did not win. He won’t return our calls and won’t give us our money back.
