I purchased a vehicle less than a month ago, and while the buying process was positive, the experience afterward has been very disappointing. After the check engine light came on due to a coolant thermostat issue, I had the vehicle inspected by an independent shop. During that inspection, they also found clear signs of rodent contamination in the cabin air filter. These findings made me question how thoroughly the dealership inspected the vehicle before the sale. When I brought my concerns to the dealer, I was told there was nothing they could do to make it right by covering the repair costs. As a current service member, I had hoped that a veteran-owned business would be more willing to stand behind its vehicles and help resolve legitimate concerns. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from this business, I strongly discourage you from doing so.
