I know I’m very picky, especially when I came in initially with three different cars in mind, but more so when I wanted the Civic (my previous car was a Honda civic and my very first car.) Thank you for listening to my request and understanding that this is more than a car; it’s my absolute investment and it’s more than just a new car. Thank you for your guidance in trying a new car I wasn’t looking into, and not pushing it onto me. It was the first time I didn’t compare it to my Civic and felt like this might actually be it. Thank you for guiding me to finding my new Kia K4. I absolutely love it! I recently lost my very first car in an accident, and I’ve been absolutely devastated about it. I have genuinely had the worst experience at other dealerships in the Denver area, and this was probably my 6th dealership I’ve been to in person, not including the dozens of dealerships I’ve called. Most of the time, I was leaving in tears and upset because no one would listen to me, and just wanted more money and were pushing something onto me that I didn’t want, and made me feel dumb and rushed because I had a rental. Especially when I asked for more information, they would question me and made me just want my Civic back. Echo Park Staff! Thank you for making this a very smooth process and transition and helping me get the things I wanted and needed. I’m absolutely thankful for that. I hope I don’t need to buy a car for a while, but if I ever needed to again, I would gladly work with Echo Park again. And I would encourage my partner and my friends to go into your store.

Started my search through car gurus first and it led me to echopark automotive where prices were lower than other dealerships. Was able to text and ask questions before making a trip over and left with a good deal. Jeremiah “Jerry” explained everything well and added no pressure for additional coverages.
