Just a little mom & pop store but they did us right. We went for a toyota but not the one for us but they had another we were also interested in. Short story, we bought it, it so very clean, detailed the way it should be done. We are pretty picky, we expect good service & friendly people, they checked all the boxes. They were not pushy, patient with us, they were on time & so friendly, family owned & run, so much better than the big dealerships we have worked with in the past. They answered all my questions, we drove 3 hours one way & it was so worth it. We don’t buy new anymore, we buy reliable, the older vehicles if taken care of, are more affordable & user friendly. They have some really nice vehicles & honest people & he explained where they come from & how he selects a vehicle to sell, it has to meet their standards. We are so excited & happy about our purchase. Thank you both for being so nice, felt like family, we will return & tell everyone. So clean!

My experience with this car dealership was fairly good overall. The staff were polite and provided helpful information about different vehicles and pricing options. I appreciated being able to explore multiple choices and take a test drive without pressure. However, the paperwork and delivery process took longer than expected, and updates were not always timely. The car itself was in good condition and matched the description. Overall, a decent experience with room for improvement in efficiency.

Great car buying experience!!!! Brian and Nicole were amazing to work with. We came in with a set dollar amount on payment and money down. Nicole got us under what we wanted and a shorter term on the loan. Would definitely buy from them again!!!

Bryan and his wife were very easy to work with during the purchase of the vehicle. The process was quick and not at all belaboring as is the case at a big dealership. I would recommend Cool Rides in Monument without any hesitation.

I purchased a truck from you but after the fact I feel like I paid way too much for it. I have referred a friend that bought a car from you. I appreciate no pressure sales but I do wish I had tried to work out a better deal on my truck as it turns out that it has lots of little issues including having to get a new starter. I purchased the after market warranty that was kind of useless, I still had to pay more than $250 for the work and my warranty was $2,500 so that put me upside down on the value of my truck.
