Someone has hacked this dealerships website and is impersonating as a sales person from this dealership and calls himself Will. And will try to get you to send money and wire and do a crypto deal. Please do not proceed. The owner Sayed of this dealership is working on getting this fixed and investigated.
They will work with you but they never answer the phones! Nor do they call you back! And they don’t have a online payment option! Only zelle or come in! But they never answer the phone i wish they would fix that honestly! So times they make business very difficult he just refuses to do a online payment option! It just doesn’t make any sense I have been dealing with this people for years! 😞 this is getting ridiculous Ive been calling them since july 26 to make a payment and its now july 31 going into august 1. And im not able to come in person to pay and they keep on forwarding my calls it’s making me later on my payments! This isn’t okay… I’ve even left them voicemails! So they know this!
Sketchy. Wants wire transfers instead of conventional safe overnight checks for out of state purchases. Very unprofessional. Not sure about in person experience but trying to purchase a vehicle from them out of state is very sketchy. Offered to even hand deliver the cashiers check. Super odd.
Advertised car, scheduled appointment asap forced to be 3 days out, told them I want to buy it today and can be at the dealership in 45 minutes. Confirmed the day before and they sold it to an out of state buyer. Heads up. Waste of time. Stay away from this dealership.
Super unprofessional. Unable to calculate proper sales tax rate. Hung up on me when I asked to purchase and pay for sales tax directly to my state. Shady.
