After my old truck broke down I came here and talked to Luis and he was able to get me in a new to me work van almost instantly. I got a great deal and it was so quick and painless. Shout out to TJ too for helping put the deal together.

I called shortly before closing time, and after asking to speak to a manager or supervisor, I was placed on hold for over 25 minutes—without any follow-up or escalation. It felt deliberate, as though they timed my call to ensure I couldn’t get help before closing. The staff is truly unprofessional, horrible attitude with no customer service training. Honestly, this is not a dealership I could ever recommend. If you care about respectful treatment—or even basic courtesy— DO NOT GO HERE!

Finally thought I was going to get my C5 Vette the other day, BUT this place ended up completely wasting my time like nothing I’ve ever experienced before in my entire life. I saw a convertible zo6 parked in front of this place on my way home and decided to stop and ask about it. They told me I was approved with my Mustang on trade and 2700 down, I had to get to work so I told them I’d be back in the am, couldn’t find the title to my Mustang so I get off at 6 am and go straight to the DMV, got a new title and went back to the dealership on no sleep, the lady I spoke to the night before was gone but another guy proceeds to tell me, I’m approved but now they want the Mustang and 4k down, I was like hmm that’s kinda weird but ok, sure. Then the guy tells me that he pulled the paperwork on the Vette and the owner was driving it for personal use for a while, and noticed it needed a new transmission, so they spent 4k on a new transmission and at the price they’re giving it to me for, they’re taking a loss. So he needs to see if the owner is ok with it first. So he tells me let me call you when he gets here around 1130 am… I waited until 5 pm and got no call… I called and the lady answers telling me that the owner said no… This place is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever experienced by far… Right up there with The Sharpest Rides… I wanted to press the issue so bad, but I know this wasn’t from God, it always goes extra smoothly when it’s from God… God was definitely saving me from something at this place. It felt sketchy from the jump. And at my age I’ve learned to pay attention to the red flags, no matter how bad I want something. It’s not my “gut” it’s not my “intuition” it’s the Holy Spirit. So if you’re ever cruising down federal and see this place do yourself a favor and keep on driving.
