Where is Marshall Motors located?
457 23rd St, Richmond, CA 94804What do customers say about Marshall Motors?
I recently bought a used Subaru from Marshal Motors, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. This small Richmond dealership truly provides top-notch customer service without the high pressure tactics often found at larger lots. The pricing was fair if you're looking for a used vehicle in the Richmond area and appreciate honest, straightforward business. I highly recommend checking out Marshal Motors. Ask for Sia, you won't be disappointed!
Sia and his associate were helpful in letting us try a car. No pressure to buy. He made suggestions for other cars. While we did not buy from them; it was a good experience.
Marshall Motors is a hidden gem! They have great vehicles on their lot. I worked with Sia and was able to find the best, safe vehicle that fits my needs at a very reasonable price. Sia was very welcoming and kind! Response times about my inquiries were quick and communication with him were easy and straightforward. Highly recommend working with Sia at Marshall Motors!
Excellent experience with Marshall motors. They gave me a very good price for my trade vehicle which I had lost the title and was waiting for DMV to send one! It is a no BS no pressure operation. I would be happy to do business with them again.
Great customer service!
