These Guys are PRO'S!!!! They worked with me two weeks to not only get my financing done, but I got the vehicle I wanted for work and pleasure. If you have to choose a Dealer on 23rd Avenue in Richmond, Ca.... CHOOSE THE 2 AMIGOS!

Out of state purchaser. Vehicle was inspected twice before my arrival. Outstanding customer service, very understanding of my efforts to acquire said vehicle. Despite many inquiries after placing my deposit and missing my first flight, they held the vehicle for me. The two salesman treated me like family. All paperwork was filled out correctly for an out of state purchase and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another "hard to find" vehicle from them.

I finally feel comfortable telling my experience…if you are buying a car for the first time do NOT go here. I got my first car ever from them…unfortunately the back cabin light didn’t work. The transmission had to be replaced within a year of having my car. Leaving me stuck on a hill in SF. The brakes went out in the first year of having my car. Almost causing an accident. Do you see the trend? I asked for car-fax’s when I first saw the car, I seen no issues. Something different isn’t right about that paperwork…but that’s a bigger issue.I would have gave it back but they make you put a larger deposit in order to do that. Overall on repairs I’ve spent a large amount of money. I’m finally glad to be out of that car and in a 2025. Go to a dealership like Nissan not this backyard dealership with predatory contracts and outrageous arps(27% to be exact) . (Tbf all dealerships are scammy but there’s levels) Very shady business. I haven’t even mentioned the customer service being absolutely terrible with male egos and poor people skills. I should have known to not get that car when I had to ask for it to be cleaned and still found a cig in my backseat…I don’t smoke those……vs my new dealership who gave me free oil changes for a year….if I’m spending a lot of money and supporting a locally owned business should you offer some type of benefit not attitudes. Edited: Their responses to valid criticism (cause why are you selling cars you know will have issues? ) lacks accountability and clearly are passive aggressive. Didn’t even address all my points. I haven’t even include all the issues with my car in this review because it would have been too long. My main issue with this company is they lack integrity. All about a buck in my opinion. They knew the car would have major issues and still sold it to me. It’s my fault for not having the knowledge when buying a used car especially from a place like this. I will enjoy my new car and company who values my business. Thank you😊

Made an appointment for a test drive got here an hour before closing and nobody on site. Unprofessional and unacceptable.
