I bought my car there 2 weeks ago and it's amazing and I love the lady that worked with me and all the guys that worked there

Bought a 2017 Outlander and fell in love with it, they replaced all four tires the next day the front tires were bald and the car was very reliable I had absolutely no problems with it. I drove it to and from Reno multiple times and the car is great on gas even though it’s not awd it does well driving in the snow, very happy with my purchase.

Love this place . Everything was fast and easy . When all other places kept saying no no no these lovely people helped me get into a nice running car the same day . I have a Lexus truck . Credit isn’t too good and they worked with me . Everytime I call or text they answer . I would most certainly recommend them if your looking for a nice reliable car

Please anyone planning on going to cheap auto wholesale in Richmond ca. On San Pablo Ave. Don't do it. They sold me a nice car from the beginning. I thought i was blessed when Jose told me the finance company approved me. Especially since I was still struggling to get my driver license back. I signed the contract gave them the deposit. 2 days later Jose call and tell me the financial bank said I had to return the vehicle because they couldn't finance me because my license was suspended. Now I'm tripping because my job is 48 miles from where I live. So when said he was still financing me a car I jumped fast. I hated that car and it started messing up bad out of 5 months 3 and a half I have been getting rental cars and borrowing my kids cars for work. Now I started thinking after a week with this lemon and asked the finance company why did I have to return the vehicle they said the dealership told them I was the one who wanted to return it because I couldn't afford it. Jose told me they went through a different finance company for the second car and that was another lie. On top of that Jose gave the financial bank info about my job that wasn't even my job, it is a business one of his friends own. I called and texted over and over with no response from him or Lizzette. I refuse to let this go it's time to get legal now because I work to hard for my money. Anyone in their area looking for a car please don't even think about stopping at cheap auto wholesale in guarantee you'll be sorry if u do deal with them.

Jose was nice and did try to help me and my family out. After I did a $1k down, things didn't work out. Jose stayed transparent with me and my husband but, I still have not received the down payment back after 2 months. Now I keep trying to call, and reach out to the manager yet no one wants to help. Unprofessional and just disappointing! Went and got me another vehicle somewhere is and they couldn't believe this either.
