These guys are great! The process of buying a car here was fast and easy and Melissa was great! She understood what I wanted and helped me through the whole process. I would highly recommend this place! I bought my car four months ago and it still works great.

Melissa and Marquis were very professional and helpful in helping me not only find a car that works for me, but in helping me throughout the entire process. Melissa explained to me every aspect of the sale, gave me options rather than setting me up in an uncomfortable situation and I left with my new car quicker than I had originally anticipated. It’s been about 6 months since I’ve bought from Melissa and Marquis, I’m glad I bought from them and I’ve actually referred my brother and sister in law to do the same.

My experience with AC Auto Motors raises serious legal concerns, and I would strongly caution others before doing business with this company. My father paid cash for a vehicle with the understanding that ownership would be properly transferred. However, the title (“pink slip”) and registration were never placed in his name as required under California law. The vehicle was later towed back to the dealership, and when we attempted to resolve the issue, both the salesperson and management refused to return the vehicle. The car was subsequently resold without resolving our ownership interest. Based on these events, this situation appears to involve potential violations of California law, including but not limited to: * Failure to properly transfer title (California Vehicle Code §5600) * Improper sale or disposition of a vehicle without legal ownership (Vehicle Code §5901) * Potential conversion (wrongful possession/sale of property) under California civil law This experience reflects a serious lack of accountability and raises concerns about business practices and good faith dealings. I recommend that anyone considering doing business here proceed with extreme caution and ensure all documentation is properly completed and verified.

I put one star only for the fact that I have to put a start in order to post it. This woman Melissa is horrible. She acts great helps out with a speedy process and gets a car right away. What she doesn't tell you is within 3 week your car will stall out on you and it would be extremely expensive to fix. She might even give you a loaner and pretend to fix the problem all for it to happen again. Then she'll even give you another car but then three weeks later that one will be in need of expensive work and when you call her regarding that one she'll tell you how it's not her problem. She has done every one of those things to me with no shame. Also never provided me with necessary paper work to have the car in legal possession. Horrible place horrible people don't trust them.

All these reviews I’m reading about good customer service is true! But after a while your car will give up I got a car from them looked nice and ran and everything! Broke down on me within the next 3 months! Don’t buy a car warranty is Terrible here go to a real shop at least the one across the street! One of the worst dealer in the bay! Don’t waste your money and get scammed!
