LA Auto Choice

I purchased a beautiful white 2012 Mercedes-Benz GLK 350 with around 48k miles and a tan interior from LA Auto Choice. Shortly after the purchase, I discovered that the transmission fluid was milky, indicating contamination with coolant — a serious issue that should normally be detected prior to sale. Communication was smooth with Aram and Anthony, although I felt my concerns were not fully taken into account, as I was asked to drive the car back to their facility despite coolant being present in the transmission fluid. To their credit, they ultimately agreed to take the vehicle back, although it cost me $750 (thanks to California consumer protection laws). Overall, this experience raises concerns about the level of inspection performed on their vehicles and the way serious mechanical issues are handled. I would recommend that future buyers conduct a very thorough pre-purchase inspection. In my experience, the administrative side was handled well, but the mechanical aspect deserves extra caution.
